Location: Westminster Presbyterian Church of Sarver

Time: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Registration forms will be available on-site on the first day of VBS.

However, we recognize that some people may wish to review & complete their form(s) in advance and bring the form(s) in on Monday morning.

So, if you are inclined to print & fill in the form(s) at home to be a step ahead on Monday, please click here to download a PDF version of the registration form.

We want to reiterate that this is simply another option, and in no way required, as there will be forms available to complete in person on Monday, June 17th.
